Camp Luke

We celebrated Luke's birthday with family and friends. It was a camping theme this time around. Goodie bags with gummy worms and fish, BBQ dinner, camping coolers full of drinks, and a s'more cake. Daddy even set up the tent in the yard and slept out with the boys last night. What a party! Luke received his own camping gear to take on his first father-son camping trip this summer now that he is old enough to participate.

Hi Heidi

The campimg theme is a such a creative idea. Having a sleep out in the backyard in tents sounds like an awesome way to celebrate. I'm sure your boys will be having many more of these backyard camp outs.

I love the theme! I will have to file that one away. Oh to have kids with summer birthdays! Mine all have late fall/winter ones. Indoor parties... not near as fun.

What a great idea for a party! My little guy turns 1 next week...so I'm in party idea mode! I think I will have to make a banner like yours! So cute. But I will have to do a camping one for him one year as he gets older. My 4 year old is a December birthday and the party is always stuck inside. :( Great goody bags too! You're just too creative!

Heidi,
You are by far the most creative mom I know. You're kids will love that you went that extra mile for them!
