A Bonhoeffer Moment

A speech by biographer Eric Metaxas at the National Prayer Breakfast (@ minute 34)
A Bonhoeffer moment, indeed.

I listened to that as well. I didn't realize he was so humorous. I hope to read his biographies this year.

Wow. Listen to the whole thing. It makes you think about so many aspects of your life, today's idosyncrasies, and how you approach religion, and your faith.

Thanks for posting this. It was interesting and I passed a link to your blog to others I know who will want to see this. I came across Metaxas' Bonhoeffer in December and read it in 4 days. Not my usual read, but so good.

I loved listening to this. I had read about his speech and was glad to see you had posted it. Really great things to think about, and I love his humor. I just started reading Bonhoeffer a few days ago and am absolutely loving it!
