I Didn't Even Have to Stage It!

I caught the boys in the act of cheerfully reading together.

Recognize the chairs? Luckily I have three!
Do you like the dreamy effect or the snappy color effect?
Levi was being a great sport reading to Leif.
'Mom's chair' makes a good foot rest.Yes. This is one of those moments you have to savor.

awwwwww, what a moment!!!! a beautiful, wonderful moment :-)

I like snappy color best, I think. I like what dreamy does to backgrounds & colors, but I'm not so fond of what it does to faces (I sometimes add an adjustment layer and brush back over the faces to take the blur effect off... sometimes ... )

Happy Saturday to you...

Definitely a moment to savor. I love those sweet feet. And I like the snappy color better.

Hello Heidi,
I just found your blog from I-don't-remember-who's-blog and I love it....and will definitely tag it. We have so many similiar interests....reading, classical homeschooling, cooking, etc. I'm new to homeschooling and blogging (taking an indefinite sabbatical from medical practice) so I love it when I find blogs that inspire me. Try my humble site out sometime at I sit here at this very moment with first day jitters wondering how my children and I will fare on Monday---our first day of school!

I love it! Such sweet siblings. And I love the feet-crossing, too.

Wise of you to photograph the moment.

Before I got to the shot where you did a close-up of the little guy's feet I was adoring how cute they were propped up there - so glad you noticed.
