We had Swiss steak over mashed potatoes and pumpkin biscuits for dinner this evening. Talk about comfort food! And remember my weakness for Anna's Ginger Thins and vanilla ice cream? Well, I found out it gets better.... top the ice cream with hot, homemade applesauce! I love the contrasting sensations of hot and cold, soft and crispy.

What camera do you shoot with and what photo program do you edit with? I am a Mac girl and would like to upgrade my camera and do more photography. Very impressive shots on the blog-
PS I homeschool and use WTM- That is how I stumbled upon your site from Smooth Stone Academy!
Hi, Angela! Welcome. :)
I use a Nikon D50 which I love! Unfortunately I'm not using any photo program for editing. I would *really* like to be able to find my way around in photoshop, but it would take *hours* which I don't have. I'm doing good to snap the pictures in the first place. :) So what you see on my blog is always straight from the camera.
It is always fun to meet a fellow WTMer. :) Thanks for stopping by.

Thanks for the tip- That is exactly what I was looking at! Angela
Thanks for the pumpkin biscuit link-those are on my dinner menu for tonight!
