When you are in the middle of a good book, it goes with you everywhere! Levi has been known to play outside with a book under his arm.
Grin.

I guess it's time for another Levitical saying... The other day I handed Levi something sharp and said something ridiculous like, 'Watch out, it has an owie.' He replied, 'I'll receive it with care.' Hmmm.

I am totally guilty of carrying a book with me everywhere I go. That's one of the requirements for any purse I own - it has to at least have room for a paperback.
I'm always so happy to see kids who love to read!
And the "Levitical saying" about had me spitting coffee all over the computer screen. Hilarious!
I just found your lovely blog and I think I am hooked! How I wish I had more outdoor places for my boys to go to curl up and read (although it is a tad bit cold and snowy here for that right now). I have been known in the summer to send my oldest out to the 'fort' on his swingset with a pillow and a basket of books...
A boy of my own heart. Like Molly I have the requirement of any bag that I have to be able to fit at least a paperback. I do love seeing kids read.
Ah, the beautiful power of books [smile]. Great pictures!
